Cancellation Policy
This booking policy applies only to services assigned to this policy, including the Initial Strategy Session. It does not apply to project-based advisory engagements, monthly advisory retainers, or services provided under a separate Statement of Work or Consulting Agreement. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee to cover preparation, reserved advisory time, and administrative costs. Non-attendance may be treated as a late cancellation. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
